Download our FREE resource: 10 Tips to Help Your Anxious Child
Hi, I’m Hunt Sexton.
I am a husband, father to 3 boys, and a licensed professional counselor. You are reading this because you or your child is struggling with something. Something that you have tried to fix. Perhaps you’re scared, frustrated, or worried about what life might look like if something doesn’t change. That is where I come in.
How I can Help
While I do not pretend to have all the answers, what I can offer you is this: I can help your teenager better understand themselves, their struggles, and how to be the person that they truly want to be. I can offer you, their parent, hope and understanding.
Together we can work on how to best come alongside your child in a way that not only decreases their anxiety or depression, but also improves your relationship with them.
